COMUNICATO UFFICIALE RACE COMMITTE FORMULA ONE 2010

Premesso che la differenza tra le centinaia di regate che quotidianamente vengono aperte sui server Nadeo ed un torneo è l'esistenza di un regolamento.
Premesso che l'iscrizione ad un torneo implica l'accettazione del regolamento.
Premesso che riteniamo legittime e rispettabili le opinioni altrui prendiamo atto che definire "idiota" un regolamento senza averlo letto è alquanto "superficiale".
Premesso che noi non vogliamo insegnare niente a nessuno.
Premesso che, al contrario di uno sparatutto, riteniamo il gioco virtualskipper un simulatore.
Premesso che, visti i limiti della Nadeo nella applicazione delle penalità, è più corretto utilizzare un proprio regolamento.
Lo scioscioteam organizza tornei utilizzando le regole ISAF in vigore modificate ed adattate al simulatore di gioco, cercando di intervenire in tutti quei casi in cui ingiustamente i bug Nadeo penalizzano il comportamento di uno skipper.
3. ACCETTAZIONE DELLE REGOLE (modifica)
Nel partecipare ad una regata svolta con le presenti regole di regata ogni concorrente e proprietario di barca acconsente:
(a) ad assoggettarsi alle presenti regole;
(b) ad accettare le penalizzazioni inflitte e ogni altra azione assunta in base alle regole,
subordinatamente alle procedure previste, quale decisione definitiva di ogni questione
sorgente dalle regole.
Lo scioscioteam, al contrario di altri siti, vedi le ultime catastrofiche gestioni del regolamento della teamleague 2010, ha adottato un regolamento e lo applica, ne sa qualcosa, in un recente passato, proprio uno skipper del team.
Pertanto Il Comitato Organizzatore in osservanza dell' Articolo 3) Del Bando di Regata espelle lo skipper Preto dalla manifestazione.
Il Comitato proteste sta visionando i replay delle 3 regate del giorno 17 marzo per omologare i risultati secondo quanto stabilito dal regolamento di regata.

Ogni tanto viene a trovarci in regata uno skipper il cui nik è Ventolibero, sempre gioviale, sempre allegro e con un bicchiere di rum esclusivamente Zapata da offrire.

Dietro questo nik si nasconde una delle persone più straordinarie che mi sia capitato di incontrare nel mondo del virtualskipper. E' Stefano.

Non trovo le parole giuste per descriverlo.
